If you don't have a specific application in mind, there is no clear basis
to say that any one of the TS boards is a better choice than another.
The differences between the different boards are largely what I consider
minor details:  Do you need more serial ports?  SD cards?  RS485?
more A/D channels?

I ended up choosing the 7260, but mostly because I wanted the option
for 5 serial ports.  Otherwise, I could have used any of the boards.

I found that the TS web site contains pretty good descriptions of all
the boards, along with downloadable manuals and such.  Once you have
a list of capabilities you need for your demo applications, it should
be pretty easy for you to select a board.
