I'm working on interfacing a pulse device on a GPIO pin on my
TS-7400. Is there a clean method to wait for a pulse, other than
polling the port? The preliminary documentation says DIO_11 can be
used with IRQs:

0x1200_0000: TS-7400 control register
bit 0 - if set, enables UART #1 on DIO_18 and DIO_19 pins
bit 1 - if set, enables IRQ on DIO_11 pin <-------------------

Does anyone have examples of receiving interrupts, based on digital
input, in kernel space (and eventually user)?
