[ts-7000] reg. TS7200- i stalling Debian Linux

I am a new user to TS system boards, with basic linux knowledge.

Please help me, konw, how to download Debian Linux onto a Compact flash card in Ts 7200.

I am accessing the TS-7200 arm processor thorugh the serial console.
