I think I painted myself into a corner....

I have a TS7300, I have an SD card, and I have the SD card image.

How do I get the card image on the SD card?

I can't boot the TS7300 since it doesn't have a card.

I can't get the image on to the SD card since my laptop doesn't see
the SD card slot when running linux. (this either has to do with the
TI chipset or the proprietary nature of the SD card....)

I can't get the image on the SD in windows since windows doesn't have
a dd command....

Hmmm... How do you bootstrap the first image on to the card?
