Dimming an AC load requires triggering a Triac pre/post the 50Hz/60Hz zero
crossing point.  It would be best to offload this to a micro.  Then
communicating to micro from TS7200 via SSP/SPI.

The EP9301 doesn't have any PWM peripherals, so the output would have to
be bit banged.  Which means you would need as minimum to run something
like RTAI.

You can fit nine PWM channels, eight Analog to Digital Inputs, SSP/SPI,
Zero Cross input, etc. on a NXP LPC2101.  Cost on this micro for quantity
one is $3.15.
