Hi Hatem,
Was the second SD Card installed BEFORE power was applied? I don't
think the board handles insertion of the SD card after the modules
have been loaded.
I actually wrote up that page after performing the procedure on my
first TS-7300. There are issues if you copy to a card much larger
than the original with the SD card block sizes.
