Thats a similar error to what I got when I mistyped the length
parameter.  You can find the correct parameters from the results of
the 'load' command you use to load the initrd and kernel files from
your ftp server.  Off the top of my head, 'load' responds with the
beginning and ending addresses in hex.  You can simply subtract the
start address from the end address (use a calculator in hex mode if
you get stuck).
