[ts-7000] TS7400 kernel panic!

TS7400 board using pppd to make a connection over a GSM modem...
 
(in initial linux):

insmod bootloader.o

(the kernel boots, we log in on the console....)

pppd call rogers

(we wait for pppd to get past the connection setup)
