OK, bootload is not a static linked file and needs libc and ld to
function.  I added these to the initrd and it works, but at a 1.5Mb
penalty.  Having this as a static file would reduce this size and make
the boot faster I would expect.  Hopefully TS can provide source for
bootload or a static version.
