Yes, probably. Here are some things to check:
* Check your power supply voltage & capacity. Is it the one supplied
by with the board? Try a different power supply, if you have one.
* make sure the board is not touching the enclosure, or anything
conductive, that could cause it to short two traces and reset.

Does it shut down if you *don't* log in? If it does, try
disconnecting your serial cable, and see if it still reboots. (You
can tell either by pinging it if you are on a network, or by watching
the LED sequence near the power connector.)

My TS-7250 doesn't respond to a 'break' in any special way, but it
does log me out with a ctrl-D.
If it's a watchdog, or a problem in the startup scripts, then it would
reboot at a pretty constant interval. Is it always the same time, or
does it vary?
