[ts-7000] question about pc/104 electrical specification

hi all..(questions about ts-7250)
1.i need to know what the range of volage can i put into any data pin
on pc104 to represent the logic'1' & logic'0'
2.if i want to conncet for example 4 buttons & 4 leds to pc/104 as i/p
and o/p the question now:
I.in this case i want to know if i want to do this i will using data
pins only and not using address pins and interrupt pins and other pins.
II.i want to know,is the 8-bit data is all of them are input or output
if this, i must do any thing to make to ports one for input and other
for output , i can't understand this how can i do this ports(two port
from one port 8-bit)
