[ts-7000] plz anyone help me!!!

hi all..
i want someone send to me any programe(c++-code) of any application 
using pc/104(ts-7250) [for example if i conncet the 16-data bite of 
pc104 by 16 leds and i want this leds to turn on and turn off(flasher)]
plz any one help me of that.
i ask for that because i have a question when i write a program such 
as this led flasher program for pc104 i will write the code directly 
or i must write a code for pc104 driver, if i must to written this plz 
some one send me it quickly.
