The TS-9441 is used only for development, if you require use of the 
console in a production environment may I sujest looking into the Maxim 
MAX-232 chip for TTL to RS232 level conversion.  It's fairly simple to 
wire up and if you look around other chips in that family have built in 
capacitors as well (MAX-233 I think?)
