Hi James,

I'm currently using a 10.4" touch screen from Nagasaki IPC. They have
a number of industial panels from 7" in size.

http://www.nagasakiipc.com/products/lcm/lcm_70.htm

However, due to being industial some of the displays are a little
heavier and more expensive than you're normal desktop monitor.

Another option (and lower cost) would be to look on ebay for a small
8" monitor - which are quite often used in car installations. Quite a
few have a touch screen (USB) which may be useable if you can sort
out drivers.

Hope this is of use,

PJE
