Hi

I got the same problem.

Here my setup:
TS-7250 and TS-7260
TS-ENC720 Enclosure Power supply and regulator
Regulated 5V 3A power supply,
HE104, 50 Watt regulated power supply (good quality, 350$ a unit)
TS-MODEM2 with Multitech MTSMC-G-F2 GPRS modem
TS-GSM1 Modem.

So I tried every combination possible of arm, modem and power supply
and I always got the reboot problem.

It Look like the GSM modem create current peak when transmitting, and
the TS-72XX does not appreciate that.

I also tried to put caps on parallel of the power supply near the
power plug of the TS-72XX board but without success.

Anyway, from my many hours of testing, I found that:
1. The problem only happen when the modem is transmitting
2. With the TS-7260, its really worst with the switcher enable
3. Using a really strong power supply reduce the risk to have the problem.

Nevertheless I was never able to completely eliminate the reboot problem.

Right now I think I will use the Multitech modem alone with it own
power source, since he doesn't reset himself!

Sincerely

Etienne
