Hi Phil,

Thanks for replying. 

I just got the gps_pps example to compile like 5 min ago haha. It
seems that what I tried to do before is cross compile my code without
the kernel source. Now that the gps_pps compiles, im going to swap in
my code. I'll let you know how it goes. 

Much thanks to Eddie from Tech Support who pointed me in the right
direction.
