It looks like your broadband router is either NOT 192.168.0.10
or the router is not forwarding your IP traffic.
Check there is no firewall setting on the router preventing traffic for
the TS board.
What is the default route on your desktop PC? It looks like this is
something to do with network design, and that basically the networking on
the TS SBC works.
An ASCII diagram of your network setup identifying network components
by manufacturer and model, labelled with IP addresses etc.
