Hi Jim,

Yes, I realize it can be done from userspace, but much less elegantly
and there is insufficient documentation provided (for me at least) to
work out the parameters I need to set.

The most simplest test i need to do is to (a) set the range to +/- 10
V (b) read the ADC at say 5 KHz at transfer the data (somewhere),
without interupting the continous reading. This would be equivalent
to the hardware we are presently using (NI-DAQ cards).

Do you have any examples that do this ? Actually, I would appreciate
any user space examples, regardless. Can you attach them to the files
section or mail them to me ?
However, I am still interested in knowing why I can not compile your
driver.

Cheers & thanks

Gertjan
