You need to look in the manual, and they will give the base address of the PC/104 bus, which should be 0x11E00000.

Then use mmap() to map the address + offset on the PC/104 bus you need to read/write. Be sure to ask for an address starting on an even page boudry, and an even number of pages.

Then just read / write the addresses you want with the pointer you get back, of course adding the offsets required.
