Just an FYI:

It appears that the same bug is present in the ts9 framebuffer driver
for the TS7200:

root:~> fbset -i

mode "320x240-220"
    # D: 31.500 MHz, H: 61.523 kHz, V: 219.727 Hz
    geometry 320 240 320 240 16
    timings 31746 128 24 28 9 40 3
    rgba 5/11,6/6,5/0,0/0
endmode

Frame buffer device information:
    Name :
    Address : 0x21800000
    Size : 1048576
    Type : PACKED PIXELS
    Visual : TRUECOLOR
    XPanStep : 0
    YPanStep : 0
    YWrapStep : 0
    LineLength : 640
    Accelerator : Atari Blitter

I'll try and apply your patch to the ts9 kernel and see if that makes
the framebuffer work.

Thanks!
