OK, thanks. I guess I need to track down the source for halt.... Do
you happen to know what version of halt that may be?

Thanks, but not really.
I think the right thing to do is to figure out what the regular halt
is doing that busybox is not....
I've gone a few rounds with bb and I guess I'm still not done....
