I don't know off-hand which embedded browsers support SVG. I know
that konqueror (the full-blown one) does, but I doubt that the
embedded version does.
If you are handy with C++ and familiar with Qt/KDE, you may want to
look at Konq/e, and port the SVG code to konq/e.

I've built it against Qt/E 3; I know there is a port/patches to build
against Qt/E 2.
