[ts-7000] New TS-7400 on website

Hi All,

Just thought I'd inform everyone that a new ARM board (TS-7400) is up 
on the website - it looks like a cut down TS-7250 without the PC/104 
bus. It does have access to more of the bas CPU's core peripherals.
