I have used them with SUSE 9, Fedora 2 and 3, Ubuntu 5.10 and 6.06. I think the executables for the compiler will run on just about any distribution with any kernel since they only read and write files, and stdin and stdout. If anybody has had any problem running them please chime in, but I had assumed they would run on just about anything. You should just have to copy the branch under /opt and set the path.
I used the following command to set the path: PATH=/opt/crosstool/arm-linux/gcc-3.3.4-glibc-2.3.2/bin/:$PATH export PATH Then I add these to the top of my makefile: CC=arm-linux-gcc -mcpu=arm9 -Wall CPP=arm-linux-g++ -mcpu=arm9 -Wall Let us know if you still can't make it work.
