Would the database server be on the TS-7000 device or another server on the network?

My recommendation would be to just log the data to a text file on the TS-7000, then copy it to another server periodically to put in a database, or just write it directly to the database on the other computer. You might alway want to keep a local log file in case the network is down.

Does anybody know if it is possible ?
