Anyone know the status of the 2.6 kernel port?

I've been running 2.6.17 + a minor patch for about 6 weeks
now on my TS-7200.  Stability and performance are excellent.
Most of the drivers were rewritten; apparently the bits from
Cirrus weren't up to par.

Pretty much everything works, except for the IDE device
(which in my case I don't need).  I seem to remember that
the driver still needs porting.

USB support in particular is far better than 2.4, which is
what made me switch.  I had to switch from devfs to udev,
which required a new busybox, but the root FS from TS
largely worked (with a fair bit of tweaking).

I can definitely recommend 2.6.17 from kernel.org + the patch at

Andrew.
