[ts-7000] TS-7300 apache-ssl and php

hi,
I have a factory default TS-7300.  in /var/www i've created a 
hello.php file that contains:
<html>
<body>
<%php echo 'hello world' ; %>
</body>
</html>

now accessing http://IPAddress/hello.php give blank page. Looking at 
the source code shows the exact php code and not html.

any suggestion?
