Ethernet physical layer transceiver.
The Cirrus board uses a Cirrus (surprise) CS8952
PHY where the ts-7xxx design has a Micrel KS8721.
Some minor differences in the driver are needed
such as MDC clock rate. Do a diff of the TS
driver relative to the Cirrus tree for details.
Also the kernel driver expects the bootloader
driver to have already gone through autonegotiation
and avoids doing so redundantly.
