[ts-7000] Error in loading USB Modules....

Hi all, 
 
I am using ts-7250 board.when i am execute loadUSBModule.sh without 
inserting i get following output 
 
$ ./loadUSBModules.sh 
Using /lib/modules/2.4.26-ts9/kernel/drivers/usb/usbcore.o

usb.c: registered new driver hub

hub.c: 3 ports detected 
Using /lib/modules/2.4.26-ts9/kernel/drivers/scsi/scsi_mod.o

Using /lib/modules/2.4.26-ts9/kernel/drivers/scsi/sd_mod.o 
Using /lib/modules/2.4.26-ts9/kernel/drivers/usb/storage/usb-storage.o 
Initializing USB Mass Storage driver... 
usb.c: registered new driver usb-storage 
USB Mass Storage support registered. 
$ 
 
After that when i insert USB. i got following error 
 
$ hub.c: new USB device not_pci-3, assigned address 2 
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=2 (error=-110) 
hub.c: new USB device not_pci-3, assigned address 3 
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=3 (error=-110) 
 
and after that when i run loadUSB.sh , it gives following error 
 
$ ./loadUSB.sh 
mount: Mounting /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1 on /mnt/cf 
failed: No such file or diry 
mount: Mounting devfs on /mnt/cf/dev failed: No such file or 
directory 
chroot: cannot execute /etc/init.d/rcS.USB: No such file or 
directory 
umount: /mnt/cf/proc: No such file or directory 
umount: /mnt/cf/dev: No such file or directory 
umount: /mnt/cf/proc: No such file or directory 
umount: /mnt/cf/dev: No such file or directory 
umount: /mnt/cf: Invalid argument 
$ 
 
What is problem with USB??????
