[ts-7000] nfs mounting root for TS9

I'm having some trouble getting the debian256-10-27-2005 root file
system to mount from NFS. It loads but with a number of errors. I've
already modified /etc/fstab, and etc/init.d/checkroot.sh. Here are the
boot mesages.

After this the boot process hangs here with theses messages being
printed out every 5 miniuts.

Does any one have ideas of what is wrong?
