You are wrong - redboot on the ts7200 DOES know about the CFDISK.

.... it is how my TS7200 is configured and works. The filesystem on the
onboard flash is pretty much as delivered by technologics - my modified
kernels, filesystems and tools are on a few 32M CFDISK flash cards that I
can swap to give the board different "personalities" after reboot. It is
THE big advantage of the ts7200 board.
re. 7250, I was assuming that what was meant was the use of a USB CFDISK
reader.
