As Keith said, the 7406 is an open-collector hex inverter; you'll need
two chips to get all seven bits. He also suggested looking for LED
display drivers, which (I believe) have enough pins for all the segments.
However, as an old hardware designer turned software designer, I have
to ask: Why do you want to add hardware when you can do it in
software? For my projects, I'll add a chip only after all software
options have been explored first.
With the AND, OR, XOR, and NOT operators in programming languages,
flipping bits on an I/O port is child's play.
