Hello,

> What are the latest files for the TS-7250 ?

On our ftp site there is an images directory(ftp://oz.embeddedarm.com/images/).
Each subdirectory contains 4 files named ts7200-16-default, ts7200-8-default,
ts7250-128-default, and ts7250-32-default. These are symbolic links to the
current
shipping image. The naming convention is board-flashsize-default...

For the TS-7250 the easiest way to determine the flash/RAM size is to check
if both RAM chips are populated. If they are then you have 64MB of RAM and
128MB of Flash. I've also listed the part numbers below...

Flash
-----
NAND01GW3AOAN6 = 128 MB
NAND256W3A0AN6 = 32 MB

RAM
----
K4S561632E = 32 MB
