I got it.  You are right, I needed to log in using my password and username because the server on the TS-7200 would not accept anonymous users.  Under the file menu in explorer (when accessing ftp adresses) there is a login option.  Once I entered in my info there, I saw my files.

Have you configured the ts72xx with an anonymous FTP account?

Use a proper FTP client - there are enough about - most free.
And connect using your ts72xx account name and password.
