The JTAG pins of the TS-72XX controller the ( EP9302 ) are not brought out to
any headers on the boards. But some very talented people have managed to
solder jtag connectors directly to the pins on the controller.

The JTAG of the CPLD are brought out on the TS-72XX. I guess TS must use this
to flash the CPLD during manufacturing.

Technically TS could chain the JTAG of the controller and the CPLD together,
but they didn't.

Also, the EP9302 doesn't support boundary scanning, (which is most useful for
BGA packaged processors, where the pins under the processor are unaccessible
to oscilloscopes ). The EP9302 has its pins accessable.
