I tried putting my application at the end of rcS.sysinit. It fires
up, but complains because the network is not up yet.

Is there someplace later (after network initialization) in these
scripts where we can safely start an application?

Where is, or do we put, the kernel startup command line? It seems
like maybe in inittab, but nothing in there has the the format
mentioned above: init=/myprogram.

Thanks
