Your system should still boot with or without the ifcfg-eth0 file...
Regardless to restore your Jffs2 filesystem you'll want to boot to an NFS
root or to a CF card. Check out the TS ARM developers manual how to set
this up(http://www.embeddedx86.com/Manuals/TS_ARM_L.PDF). Then download
the default jffs2 image, if you have a TS-7200 with a 16MB onboard flash
download this image ftp://oz.embeddedx86.com/images/os/tslinux14-ts8.jffs2
and if you have a TS-7200 with 8MB onboard flash download this image
ftp://oz.embeddedx86.com/images/os/tslinux6-ts8.jffs2. Then write out the
image to the proper partition
ie
dd if=/path/to/tslinuxXX-ts8.jffs2 of=/dev/mtdblock/1
