We are limited by bandwidth more than by the TS-7200. Internally, the
TS-7200 can provide around 1.5 Mbytes/sec of bandwidth while our
upstream connection can only provide around 100Kbytes/sec of bandwidth.

The TS-7200 is actually a very good little web server. Since it only
takes 2 watts of power, a regular UPS will last days without power.
Also, since there are no moving parts reliability is a lot higher than
any PC could ever hope to be. We've tested TS-7200's in temp chambers
up to 90 degrees C (~190 degrees F) without problems, which is a plus
out here in Arizona when air conditioning is shut down for the
weekend. No PC server could survive that as they can't even survive
room temperature without large heatsinks and fans attached.
Also, we don't have to worry about long-term product availability
either. It was always a pet peeve as a sysadmin to have to replace a
broken server only to find the model has been discontinued or
"upgraded" since the system was deployed XXX years ago.
