[ts-7000] UART and USB accuracy

According to EP93.. User's Guide maximum baud rate for the UART is 460 
Kbps and 12 Mbps for the USB 2.0.

How much is the kernel driver's maximum baud rate for both and in which 
speed it is guaranteed that there is no dropped characters?
