There is a free board support package from Cirrus, though its a little
rough around the edges. I was able to get Windows CE running from
onboard flash, but there is no way Technologic Systems could honestly
support it so there is a separate company specializing in supporting
Windows CE (www.specialcomp.com) on TS ARM hardware. You should be
prepared to pay around $5000 (to specialcomp.com) and more (to
Microsoft) for whatever tools needed+royalties to get started with
WinCE on TS-7XXX hardware. I've been told WinCE runs quite well on
our board, but so far there have been very few customers that have
presented interest.
