The drivers come with the current debian image from Technologic. They
have been already compilied along with the wireless tools package
needed to make this all work.
If you have the capabilities to download and open up the
debian256-5-6-2005.tar.gz you can just go and get them...
It will take me a minute to figure out where they go in the "standard"
(no external drive) model. Something makes me think that you may need
to compile it into busybox, but I am just not sure.
The toolchain is available from technologic. Eddie posted the
following link
ftp://oz.embeddedx86.com/crosstools.tar.bz2
for the compilied crosstools for glibc 2.3.2 (the version in the
onboard flash) and glibc 2.2.5 (the version used on the debian image).
Unfortunately the 2.2.5 version is broken, he may have the repair up
today.
This rather large tar file contains all the downloaded images for
making them though, but I must admit that I have never done that
procedure yet.
This link may help there...

I will try to work somehting out if I get a chance.
I had to upgrade my older TS-7200 to work like my new TS-7250 so that
experience may be helpful.
