Further info on my question asked under "DIO port question."

I compiled and ran Jesse's keypad.c unmodified, and I'm seeing the same
type of behavior, where get_keys() does not detect pressed keys. This
eliminates any questions I might have had regarding the slight
modifications I made in my version of the code.

Has anyone tested keypad.c on a TS-7250? It's hard for me to imagine such a
simple application would have problems with the I/O port. I understand
Linux isn't a real-time OS, but I'd still expect it to send and receive
from the DIO reliably.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Mike
