That is the point,

Ubuntu hardy seems not to have this module precompiled. And I was not able to find any package related to the module itself. I only found the setpwc tool, which is important, but just after the module is loaded successfully.

Any ideas?

Does someone know how to solve this? There are much more errors than this but I believe this is the most important part.

You missing the Kernel Headers in /usr/src/linux
But why not just use the pwc module provided from the Kernel?
