Without further investigation of your problem:
config.h is obsolete. Use "#include <linux/autoconf.h>" instead.
But I can't remember that I've ever had this problem with PWC. Do you
use the latest v4l2-snapshot? You can get it via:
svn co svn://svn.saillard.org/pwc/branches/v4l2 pwc-v4l2
Your working kerneltree should be the same which you used for compiling
the kernel. Or should at least be configured this way.
Cheers,
Gregor
