pwc-10.0.12-rc1.tar.bz2, freshly downloaded, makes OK and installs OK,but modprobe gives:


 pwc-10.0.12-rc1]# modprobe pwc

FATAL: Error inserting pwc(/lib/modules/2.6.17-1.2157_FC5/kernel/drivers/usb/media/pwc.ko):Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)


dmesg says:

pwc: Unknown parameter `index'
