[pwc] CentOS 4 Clarkconnect install : pwc-10.0.11 compiles OK, pwc-10.0.12-rc1 fails

Hi,

Previous versions of PWC have compiled and installed perfectly, an example
for 10.0.11 is below:

 pwc-10.0.11]# make
