[pwc] Logitech Quickcam 4000 blank screen

Hi,

I've dug up my Logitech Quickcam 4000 and tried to connect it to my 
computer but when I try to use the web cam there's only a blank screen.  
According to the logs and caminfo as well as the programs I've been 
trying to use everything seems to be going fine.
I use Debian with kernel 2.6.14-2 (it doesn't work with -1 either) with 
the official packages installed.  The PWC module seems to come with the 
kernel image, and installing the package doesn't seem to do anything but 
overwrite the package that's already there.
caminfo detects the cam fine, as does all of the programs.  It's just 
the blank screen that's bad.
I've looked back through the messages and apparently there was something 
wrong with 2.6.14-r4 but there was no followup.
Is there anything I can do?
