[pwc] Compiling pwc under SUSE 10

As others have reported, the pwc driver in the 2.6.13 kernel seems to give 
nothing but a grey image.  Others have reported overcoming this problem by 
compiling the latest driver from the pwc website.  I have tried this and 
found that the source will not compile.  Below are the messages I receive 
when trying.  Any suggestions for making this work greatly appreciated.
