Hi!

Trying to compile pwc-10.0.7a on a debian testin running a 2.6.10-kernel that
I have compiled myself.

compilation works, but modprobe gives error msgs, and dmesg says:

pwc: Unknown symbol video_devdata
pwc: Unknown symbol video_unregister_device
pwc: Unknown symbol video_device_alloc
pwc: Unknown symbol video_register_device
pwc: Unknown symbol v4l2_ioctl_names
pwc: Unknown symbol video_usercopy
pwc: Unknown symbol video_device_release
pwc: Unknown symbol video_devdata
pwc: Unknown symbol video_unregister_device
pwc: Unknown symbol video_device_alloc
pwc: Unknown symbol video_register_device
pwc: Unknown symbol v4l2_ioctl_names
pwc: Unknown symbol video_usercopy
pwc: Unknown symbol video_device_release

I found an earlier mail with similar problems, that were soleved by
installation of a kernel-dev-package on Fedora, but how do I do on a debian
system not running a deb-kernel?

Regards,

Magnus Larsson
