Hi all. I just recently bought a Sound Devices MixPre 3 recorder. First digital recorder for me for my field recordings. I must say, it is a fantastic device, great sound quality recordings ! I have already recorded my best so far thunderstorm sounds with it. It certainly is a bit smaller & lighter than my UHER portable deck ! Much more practical for sharing sound files. I will be using it quite a bit I think. No excuses for not carrying it wit= h me pretty much anywhere. Does anyone else use one of these recorders ? Cheers, Chris. |
